Powermatic Data Systems Ltd (hereafter referred to as “PDS” or the “Group”) is pleased to present the annual Sustainability Report (the “SR Report”) which covers our Group’s performance from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 (the “reporting period”).

Powermatic Data System Ltd successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 24 July 2025 at SAFRA Toa Payoh. The meeting brought together shareholders and the company’s leadership team to review the business performance and strategic direction for the year ahead.
“This year’s AGM marks another step forward in our journey,’ said Dr. Chen Mun, Chairman and Managing Director. “The valuable feedback and support from our shareholders strengthen our confidence as we move into the next phase of growth of the Group.” We thank all shareholders for their continued trust and active engagement in this year’s AGM.

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Powermatic Data Systems (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) would like to thank all shareholders for their interest and active participation in the upcoming Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 July 2025 (the “AGM”) by submitting their questions in advance.

In line with the sustainability efforts of Powermatic Data Systems Limited (the “Company”), we have discontinued mailing the Company’s annual report to shareholders of the Company. In this regard, the Company’s annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 (“AR2025”) and the Proxy Form will be available for download from the Company’s Corporate website at the URL www.powwermatic.com.sg and SGX website at the URL https://www.sgx.com/securities/company-announcements. An internet browser or PDF viewer is required to view these documents.
If you, as a shareholder of the Company, wish to receive printed copies of the AR2025, please complete the Request Form below and return it to the Company’s registered office address at 178 Paya Lebar Road, #05-05, Singapore 409030 or via email to agm2025@powermatic.com.sg no later than 3.00 p.m. on 17th July 2025.

A member (whether individual or corporate) must appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as his/her/its proxy to attend and vote on his/her/its behalf at the Meeting if such member wishes to exercise his/her/its voting rights at the Meeting.
