Limited Warranty Statement
This limited warranty applies to the product sold by Samsung Authorised
Distributors in Singapore (Powermatic Distribution Pte Ltd and Ingram Micro
Asia Ltd) with this Limited Warranty Statement.
Your unit and components contained there in are fully warranted against
defective material and manufacturing faults under our product warranty guide
from the date of purchase.
To obtain warranty protection, notice of the alleged defects must be given
promptly upon discovery and this warranty card must be presented with dated
proof of purchase (tax invoice/receipt) to our service personnel at the time of
Our decision on all questions relating to complaints as a result of defects,
either workmanship or materials, shall be conclusive and you shall agree to
abide by such a decision. Any unit or defective part which has been replaced
shall become our property.
The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be contained exclusively in this
document and no other presentation of provision, either written or otherwise,
regardless of the origin of the same, shall be accepted as either adding or
subtracting from these terms and conditions.
By submitting your unit for repair, you are deemed to have waived any claims of
compensation, monetary or otherwise, which you may be entitled to and are
deemed to agree to accept any compensation whatsoever, by way of additional
repair or otherwise, which in our absolute discretion we may deem fit to offer.
The giving of compensation under this paragraph shall be subject to the
provisions in this warranty.
Samsung reserves the right to charge a service fee for out of warranty
repair/service of any nature and shall not be deemed liable if the conditions
are not met.
Samsung reserves the right to change the warranty policies without prior

The following are not covered under this warranty:
||Any defect caused by the operation outside the usage parameters
stated in the user documentation that is supplied together with the product.
||Warranty is null and void if at any one time of the warranty
period, any part or parts of the computer are replaced with a part or parts not
by Powermatic or the unit has been modified or serviced by anyone other than by
Powermatic and Powermatic authorized service provider.
||Defects arising from wear and tear, natural disaster or any other
causes and not due to original manufacturer defect.
||Warranty is null and void if the product or the components in the
opinion of Powermatic or its agents, are damaged as a result of careless
handling, abuse, misuse, negligence, improper installation, failure to observe
||Defects arising from preventive maintenance, such as conditioning
hard disk, recovering data from software virus attacks, running hardware
diagnostics tests and cleaning that is not carried out by Powermatic.
||Powermatic makes no warranty cover on all bundled products, all
accesssories and third party products such as cable, socket, mouse, speakers,
keyboard, casing, software and free gifts etc. However, the third party
suppliers or publishers may provide their own warranties directly to you.
||Powermatic Distribution Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss,
damage or alteration to:
(1) third party hardware or software,
(2) programs, data or information stored,
(3) any loss or damage arising from the loss of use, loss of profits or
revenue, or for any resulting indirect or consequential loss or damage.

For Technical Support:
Please produce your record of purchase, i.e. sales invoice/receipt whenever
your unit requires our service during the warranty period.
Any transportation, custom duties and insurance cost of the product to/from
Powermatic are to be covered by purchaser.
